California home ransacked in broad daylight by armed men

A video shows three men scoping out a property in Squaw Valley, California, before one kicks down the door and they go inside. Minutes later they come out of the house with stolen property.

A shocking video shows a man kicking down the door of a California home and robbing it with two of his friends in broad daylight.

The three men who appear to be in their early 20s, walked onto the property in the 45000 block of Old Sand Creek Road in Squaw Valley and looked around to see if the coast was clear on August 31 at around 7am.

At least two of them had handguns.

The two other men follow him inside the house.

The video then skips ahead to show one of the men acting as a lookout. 

All three men come out of the house carrying several large items. 

One of them goes right and the other two go left toward the road. 

The footage was released by police, who are offering a $1,000 reward for information.

Investigators said they took off in a Honda Civic.
