Is this Britain’s quaintest holiday rental?

The Grade II listed barn conversion in the heart of the Malvern Hills – called Wishbone - is now available to rent from £745 for a long weekend.

Quaint and cosy, it would seem, have been taken to another level.

A 500-year-old Grade II listed ‘rough-luxe’ barn conversion in the heart of the Malvern Hills – called Wishbone - is now available to rent.

It hides between an ancient apple orchard and private fishing lake in an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and is the epitome of rustic charm. To stay here is to be transported to a land akin to the Shire in Middle-earth.
