Jakob Johansson scored his first international goal on Friday night as Sweden took a major step towards qualifying for next year's World Cup in Russia.

Jakob Johansson scored his first international goal on Friday night as Sweden took a major step towards qualifying for next year's World Cup in Russia.

Johansson's goal in the 61st minute was enough to separate both sides after the first leg of this World Cup play-off.

Gian Piero Ventura's side will host Sweden at the San Siro needing two goals if they are to make it to next year's tournament in Russia.
