A taste of summer for the depths of winter, from south London bar/restaurant Powderkeg
Summer may be a distant memory, but that’s no reason to give up on some of our favourite flavours. We use Bloom gin in this, because its botanicals include honeysuckle and pomelo, which lend welcome citrus notes.
