EXCLUSIVE: Trisha Paytas, Brandi Glanville and Jemma Lucy have all gone under the knife
Celebrity Big Brother takes the world's rich, famous and beautiful residents and locks them in a house for a few weeks for our entertainment.
Many of the house's previous lodgers have had a bit of help when it comes to looking good.
But is this the most surfically-enhanced house ever?
A handful of housemates have been extremely open about the amount of plastic surgery and other procedures they've had.
And a plastic surgeon from MYA Cosmetic Surgery, who list Vicky Pattison among their celebrity clients, has exclusively given Mirror Online a breakdown of the procedures the housemates have had.
Jemma Lucy has been anything but secretive about her surgeries.
The 28-year-old reality babe is big on body modification, and is famous for her many tattoos.
The former Ex On The Beach star has had her boobs enlarged and said on a recent episode of CBB that she'd been getting botox injections in her face since she was just 20.
A MYA surgeon told us: "It has previously been confirmed that Jemma underwent multiple breast procedures to gain the large size she now has. We assume she opted for a round implant to create the more 'fake' appearance, as is the style for some people.
"If patients have naturally small breasts, it is often the case that they will undergo multiple breast enlargements in order to achieve this look; stretching the skin in stages to try and avoid rippling.
"Rippling is where the skin is stretched tightly across the implant making the implant visible under the skin.
"Jemma has also confirmed undergoing non-surgical treatments such as lip fillers; choosing to go for a more extreme fullness rather than a natural look, which again is a patient’s personal choice. Lip fillers would typically last three months to one year before patients request a top up to maintain the lip fullness."
Earlier this year, Jemma told her Snapchat followers about her plans to go to Turkey for a Brazilian Bum Lift procedure.
The surgeon added: "A Brazilian butt lift, otherwise known as fat transfer to the buttocks can be an option for woman wanting fuller buttocks without an implant. The fat is transferred from a less desirable area of the patient's body (Jemma told followers that this would be taken from her stomach – a common area for this procedure) and put into the buttocks.
"We would warn patients considering cosmetic surgery procedures abroad to proceed with caution and to do extensive research. The UK cosmetic surgery industry is highly regulated while standards and guidelines are not as strict abroad and standards are not as tightly controlled.
"Results could be compromised as there are flying restrictions in place after having these types of operations (typically 4-6 weeks), otherwise clotting can occur. Finally, we advise patients to look into their aftercare options as if something goes wrong, there is typically no care for them in the UK."
And referencing Jemma’s conversation on CBB last night when she admitted to having ant-wrinkle injection four times a year since the age of 20, the surgeon added: "The amount of anti-wrinkle injections (Botox as it is often referred to) that a patient has over a period of time can all depend upon their desired result and the speed of their metabolism. A patient that likes the more 'frozen look' of limited movement but has a fast metabolism would often require further treatments or top-ups to the area."
US YouTuber Trisha Paytas has been very open about the extensive number of cosmetic procedures she's had, listing them all to her CBB housemates.
But things don't always go to plan.
A MYA surgeon said: " Trisha revealed she had extreme asymmetry of her breasts, which is very common amongst women. Breast asymmetry can be defined as a difference in volume or position of the breasts, and many women like Trisha, opt for breast surgery to help correct this.
"Trisha has also confirmed that she’s had another surgical procedure; liposuction to her stomach, flanks (hips), arms and thighs. Following liposuction, the stubborn fat cells are removed from the area treated - however if a patient was to gain a substantial amount of weight, the body would store this as new fat cells, and the results may not be as noticeable. Diet and exercise can shrink the fat cell, but it would not disappear completely.
"Looking at comparison images of Trisha, I would also suggest she has undergone multiple non-surgical treatments such as lip fillers to increase the volume of her lips and anti-wrinkle injections (often referred to as Botox) to her forehead and frown lines."
Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Brandi Glanville has been open about her surgery past too, but got very defensive when Paul Danan suggested she'd had more than she has.
During a Mr and Mrs-style game, Brandi and Jemma were separated by cushions and had to answer the questions of the other housemates.
After being asked: "Who has had the most botox?", Brandi was quick to raise her arms in the air and declare herself the right answer.
"I've had a f**king lot," she says.
And when her housemates all gasp, she explains that she's "a lot older" than Jemma, and has therefore had more time to get botox.
But Brandi gets a little upset when Paul exclaims that she's had "plastic surgery".
She shouts at him: "No, f**k you! I've only had my boobs done and my vagina tightened, that's it."
Paul tells her that they didn't need that "extreme information", but Brandi says she was just "letting him know".
Jemma, 29, then tells the group that she's had botox four times a year since she was 20.
And when Paul brings up plastic surgery again, Brandi tells him: "F**k you again".Read more at mirror.co.uk
